Kanji Water

Welcome on my blog Khaana Khazana Tasty Today,s recipe is Kanji Water.
Ingredients -
Water - 3 litre
Salt - 1 tablespoon
Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
Rai (mustard seeds) - 1 tablespoon
Asafoetida (hing) - 1/2 teaspoon
Green gram - 100 gm
Method of preparation -
1.Wash green gram and soak in water for 3 hours.
2.Grind dal and make small pakori of it.
3.Grind mustard seeds.
4.Take water in a glass container.
5.Mix all ingredients in water.
6.Keep this container in sunlight for three days.
7.After 3 days Kanji will be ready to consume.
8.Kanji is ready.
