Hello Friends
I am Sushma  Upadhyaya. Welcome friends! on my blog Khaana Khazana Tasty. Today I am going to make Bajre ki roti. In English bajra is called pearl millet, which is the most common millets available. It is rich in fibre, protein, and essential minerals. Bajra flour is a healthy gluten-free alternative to wheat flour. Bajra roti is a traditional Rajasthani dish but it is very popular in all North India. The delicious bajra roti is a storehouse of nutrition. Health benefits of bajra includes improve digestion and weight loss. Bajra roti is not easy to make like wheat roti. So let us start making bajra roti.

3.Knead the dough for 2 min.
4.Make small balls of dough.
5.Heat the tawa at medium flame.

12.Once both sides of the roti are cooked, then with the help of tonge gently lift the roti off the tawa and immediately place on the flame of the gas stove.
13.With the tonge keep moving the roti in circular motion about all the time, cook from both sides over the flame.

14.When see black or brown spots on both sides of roti, take it off the stove and slap it lightly over the cooking board to take the extra flour out.

Things to remember -
