Today,s recipe is very simple, healthy and 3 ingredients recipe. It is Baked Sweet Potato Chips. Baked sweet potato chips recipe is perfect for evening snack.It is super simple to make, requires only 3 ingredients and tastes better than market chips because they are fresh.Sweet potato chips are a pack of full nutritional punch, It contains vitamin A, protein and carbohydrates.Making sweet potato chips at home allows you full control of chips thickness, fat content and seasoning.
It is easy and healthy recipe. Once chips are baked, they are light and crispy with an intense sweet and salty flavour. You can store them in an airtight container for a week. Let us start the recipe

Preparation time - 10 min
Cooking time - 10 min
Ingredients -
Sweet potatoes - 3 piece
Olive oil - 2 tablespoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Method of preparation-
1.Wash and peel sweet potatoes.
2.Cut chips with the help of slicer.
3.Place the sweet potato slices in a big bowl and drizzle olive oil, salt and pepper powder over the top. Toss the slices with your hands to make sure every single slice is greased with oil on both sides.
4.Preheat the oven or tandoor.
5.Lay the sweet potato chips on baking tray in a single layer.
6.Bake chips in oven for 4-5 minutes and reduce the temperature. After 2 min off the oven and chips remain in the tray for 5 minutes.
7.Take out the tray from oven and let them cool
.
8.Salty and crispy sweet potato chips are ready to eat.
