Almond Soup

Namaste Friends! 
Today I am going to prepare a very rich soup that is Almond Soup or Badam ka soup. It is very heathy soup which is prepared after grinding almonds. It is a perfect starter for a cold winter evening. Almonds are highly nutritious and rich in healthy fats, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. Almonds may be eaten on their own, raw or roasted. The health benefits of almonds have been documented for centuries and modern research supports some of these claims. There are many good reasons to include them in your diet. Almonds contain relatively high levels of Vitamin E. Benefits of taking almonds are countless. So each person can take 10-12 almonds daily in any form. So today I am going to present the recipe of a healthy starter i.e.Almond Soup.

So let us stert the recipe.

Ingredients - 
Almonds - 15-20
Butter - 1 teaspoon
Maida -1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/8 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Cream - 1 teaspoon




Method of preparation -
1.Soak almonds in water overnight.


2.Remove the coating of almonds.



3.Make paste of almonds with 1/2 cup of water.



4.Mix maida in luke warm 1/2 cup of water.


5.Heat a pan and add butter in it.
6.Put maida mixture in hot pan with 1/2 cup extra water and stir continuously.
7.After a minutes add almonds paste in it and stir continuously.


8.Cook for 3-4 minutes and then add salt and black pepper powder.
9.Off the flame and pour the soup in a soup bowl.
10.At last add cream in it and garnish it by adding slivered almonds and a coriander leaf.
11.Hot soup is ready to serve.
