Pineapple juice with ginger

I am Sushma Upadhyaya welcomes all of you on my blog Khaana Khazana Tasty. Today I am sharing with you a very simple recipe - Pineapple juice with ginger. Pineapple is very nutritious fruit. It contains Vitamin A, Vitamin C and Vitamin B-6. It is rich in vitamins, enzymes and antioxidents. They may help boost the immune system, build strong bones and aid indigestion. Also despite their sweetness, pineapples are low in caloriesPineapples are also fat-free, cholesterol-free and low in sodium. It is a weight loss enhancer. It is inexpencive, easy to prepare and low in calories, pineapple make a good snack if you want to lose weight. It's juice gives good taste with ginger juice.
So let us start the recipe.
Ingredients -
Pineapple juice - 1 glass
Ginger - small piece
Honey - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Black salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Method of preparation -
1.Extract a tablespoon juice of ginger .
2.Mix pineapple juice, honey, ginger juice, black salt and black pepper powder.
3.Mix well.
4.Pineapple juice with ginger is ready.
Things to remember -
1.You can add lemon juice to make more tangy taste.
2.If pineapple is much sweet then you can avoid honey.
3.You can add roasted cumin powder and mint leaves for enhancing the taste of pineapple juice.
