Til (sesame seeds) ki chutney

Welcome on my blog Khaana Khazana Tasty. Today's recipe is Til (sesame seeds) ki chutney.
Consumption of Sesame seeds is very good in winters because it keeps body warm. The potent nutritional beanefits of sesame seeds includetheir ability to prevent cancer, improve heart health, lower blood pressure, build strong bones and prevent diabetes. They also help cure sleep disorders, improve digestion, reduce inflammation, boosts respiratory health, and aid in dental care. Sesame seeds contain many minerals like sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium and iron. The benefits of sesame seeds are countless so it should consume daily. I am making a dish of sesame seeds, it is chutney of sesame seeds. This recipe is very simple, easy to make and takes no time. so let us start the recipe.
Ingredients -
Til (sesame seeds) - 50 gm
Coriander leaves - 50 gm
Mint leaves - few
Green chillies - 2
Garlic - 8-10 cloves
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Curry leaves - few
Rai (mustard seeds) - 1 teaspoon
Dry red chiili - 1
Tamarind pulp - 2 tablespoon
Mustard oil - 1 tablespoon
Method of preparation -
1.Roast sesame seeds.
2.Put roasted sesame seeds, coriander leaves, mint leaves, garlic, tamarind pulp, green chillies and salt in a jar of blender.
3.Grind the above mixture.
4.Transfer the chutney in a large bowl.
5.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves and dry red chilli in it.
6.Fry it and add in the chutney.
7.Til (sesame seeds) chutney is ready to serve.
Things to remember -
1.Amount of ingredients can be changed according to the taste.
2.Use of mint leaves can be avoided.
