Flax seed laddu / Alsi ke laddu

Today's recipe is Flax seed laddu. Flax seed laddu is a super healthy, high protien recipe of sweetened energy balls that can be packed for kids.There are amazzing benefits of having flaxseed laddus in winters like helps in blood sugar, lowers cholesterol levels, aids weight loss, improves digestion, and many more.  In addition to providing health and beauty benefits, including flax seed laddus in your diet during winters will keep your body warm.This recipe is very simple and delicious.So let us start the recipe to make the laddus.

Preparation time - 30 min
Ingredients -
Flax seed - 100 gm
Roasted gram flour - 100 gm
Sugar - 150 gm
Pure ghee - 100 gm
Nuts (ceshews, almonds) - 50 gm
Cardamom - 5-6



Method of preparation -
1.Heat a pan  and dry roast flax seeds.
2.Keep aside flax seeds and let it cool.

3.Grind flax seeds.


4.Roast gram flour (sattu) and let it cool.
5.Cut and roast ceshews and almonds.
6.Grind sugar with cardamom.

7.Melt pure ghee.


8.Mix flax seeds, gram flour, sugar, nuts, raisins and melted ghee.



9.Mix properly and make small round shape laddus.
10.Laddus are ready.
