Moong daal chaat

Welcome on my blog Khaana Khazana Tasty with a new recipe - Moong Dal Chaat
It is a  healthy chaat which is prepared by boiled moong dal (green gram).Green gram is a very good pulse which is easy to digest. It is given to patients due to its easy digestable property. It is full of nutrition and good for those who do not like to eat simple dal (pulse). This recipe is also good for those children  who don't like to eat dal.
So let us start this easy recipe.

Total time - 30 min
Ingredients -
Moong dal (green gram) - 100 gm
Butter - 1 teaspoon
Onion - 1
Green chilli - 1
Radish - 1
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Chaat masala - 1/4 teaspoon
Red chilli powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Black salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Papari - 3 pieces
 Green chutney - 2 tablespoon
Sweet tamarind chutney - 2 tablespoon






Method of preparation -
1.Wash and soak dal for half an hour.
2.Boil dal with salt.




3.Grate radish and chop onion, green chilli.
4.Take boiled dal in a serving bowl.
5.Put black salt,  chaat masala and red chilli powder.
6.Put chiilies and  radish  over the chaat.
7.At last put butter, crushed papari pieces, green chutney and sweet tamarind  chutney.
8.Tasty moong dal chaat is ready to serve.
9.Serve hot.
