Tandoori Gobhi ( Baked Cauliflower) / Gobhi Tikka

Welcome on my blog Khaana Khazana Tasty with. a new recipe Tandoori gobhi / Gobhi Tikka.It is a starter dish which can be served in lunch or dinner time.This is also a good snack. This recipe is good for health consious people those do not want to eat to much oil.Tandoori gobhi is a spicy dish . If you are preparing for children then reduce the amount of spices.
So let us start the recipe.
Course - Snack / starter
Cuisine - Indian
Preparation time - 45 min
Baking time - 10 min
Ingredients -
Cauliflower - 1/2 kg
Curd - 2 tablespoon
Cornflour - 2 tablespoon
Ginger - small piece
Garlic - 6-8 cloves
Green chilli - 2
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/4 taespoon
Chaat masala - 1/4 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Method of preparation -
1.Cut cauliflower in big pieces.
2.Make a paste of all ingredients except cauliflower.
3.Spread above mixture on cauliflower and mix properly.
4.Keep aside for half an hour.
5.Preheat the oven.
6.Transfer the cauliflower in a greesed tray
.
7.Bake cauliflower for 10 minutes.
8.Tandoori gobhi / gobhi tikka is ready.
9.Serve hot with mint chutney or sauce.
