Today's recipe is Crispy Baby Potato. It is a snack recipe which is very easy to cook. A spicy, tangy and crispy snack recipe made with gram flour and spices. It is also a starter dish to prepare for dinner parties, made with simple ingredients. It can be prepare in rainy season also and pair with a sweet and sour chutney. It is a mouthwatering starter for parties.

Ingredients -
Baby potato - 250 gm
Besan (Gram flour) - 2 tablespoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - for frying
Garam masala - 1/4 teaspoon
Hing - 1/8 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Chaat masala - 1/4 teaspoon
Tamarind chutney - according to taste
Coriander leaves chutney - According to taste
Method of preparation -
1.Boil and peel baby potatoes.
2.Take potatoes in a large bowl and add all spices and gram flour.
3.Mix well.
4.Heat oil in a karahi (pan).
5.Fry all baby potatoes till they become golden in colour and crispy.
6.Crispy baby potatoes are ready to serve.
7.Serve hot with sweet tamarind chutney and coriander leaves chutney.
