Kishmish Tamatar ki Chutney

Today 's  recipe is Kishmish Tamatar Ki Chutney (Raisins Tomato Chutney) Tomato is a juicy vegetable and very good source of vitamin C. It provides good health and immunity to the people. Due to presence of sufficient fibre content. It helps in digestion of other foods also. It becomes tasty when raisins, garlic and muskmelon seeds added into it.It increases the value of food when it is consumed by people.So why are we waiting for?


Let us start with the recipe.

Cuisine - Indian
Preparation time 10 min
Cooking time - 15 min
Ingredients -
Tomato - 3 big size
Green chillies - 2
Garlic - 6 cloves
Ginger - small piece
Jaggery - 50 gm
Raisins - 50 gm
Muskmelon seeds - 25 gm
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Apple cider vinegar or white vineger - 1 teaspoon






Method of preparation -
1.Cut tomato, chillies, garlic and ginger in pieces.




2.Grind tomatoes, chillies, ginger and raisins and make a smooth paste,




3.Roast muskmelon seeds.
4.Heat a pan and transfer above paste in hot pan.


5.Cook for 5 minutes and add jaggery, garlic, salt and black pepper powder in it.
6.Again cook for 5 minutes and add muskmelon seeds.


7.Chutney is ready.
