Angur (grapes) ki sabji

Welcomes on my blog Khaana Khazana Tasty. Today I am sharing a very unique recipe Angur (grapes) ki Sabji. It is a very tasty vegetable so each one like it. It is a rich veg so it can be prepared in parties. The ingredients are very common and easily available in each kitchen. So let us start this unique recipe.

Cuisine - Indian
Preparation time - 10 minutes
Cooking time - 30 minutes
Ingredients -
Grapes (angur) - 400 gm
Onion - 1 big size
Tomato - 1 medium size
Ginger - small piece
Garlic - 4-5 cloves
Green chillies - 3
Coriander leaves - few
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
White pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Paneer - 100 gm
Milk cream - 4 tablespoon
Cashew - 10
Almonds - 10
Raisins - 1 tablespoon
Oil - 4 tablespoon
Method of preparation -
1.Wash grapes properly.
2.Cut onion, tomato, ginger, garlic and chillies in small pieces.
3.Grate paneer.
4.Heat oil in a pan and fry onion, ginger, garlic and chillies for 2 minutes.
5.Add cashew and almonds in pan and fry for a minute.
6.Add tomato and fry.
7.Let it cool after frying.
8.Grind this mixture.
9.Again heat a pan and put mixture in the pan and add cream in it.
10,Stir it continuously and add grated paneer in it.
11.Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
12.Add grapes in it and mix well.
13.Add salt and pepper powder in it.
14.Add required water in it for making curry.
15.Cover the pan with the lid and cook till grapes become soft.
16.In 10 minutes sabji is ready.
17.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or chapati.
