Pomegranate Raita

Welcome on my blog Khaana Khazana Tasty. Today's recipe is Pomegranate Raita. It is a sweet and sour raita. It is very easy to make with few easyily available ingredients. It is very good in summers. Children who do not like to eat pomegranate they will like it. So you can prepare this for your children and other family members. Everybody knows the benefits of having pomegranate. It is a good source of Iron. So let us start the recipe.

Ingredients -
Pomegranate seeds - 1 cup
Curd - one and half cup
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Red chilli powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Roasted cumin seed powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander leaves - few
Method of preparation -
1.Extract the juice of half cup of pomegranate seeds.
2.Whisk the curd.
3.Mix pomegranate seeds and juice in curd.
4.Add salt, cumin seeds powder and red chilli powder in the curd.
5.Mix well.
6.Raita is ready.
