Hare chane (green chikpea) ke kabab

Welcome on my blog "Khaana Khazana Tasty". Today's recipe is green chikpea kabab. Kababs are good starter of any party. These are healthy and protein rich kabab which are very good for everyone.It is a delicious Indian vegetarion kabab made with seasonal hara chana or green tender chikpeas. The recipe of its very simple and easy. So let us start the recipe.


Course - starter
Cuisine - Indian
Preparation time - 20 min
Cooking time - 15 min
Ingredients - 
Green chikpeas - 200 gm
Boiled potatoes - 2
Paneer - 100 gm
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Cornflour - 2 tablespoon
Green chillies - 2
Ginger - small piece
Garlic - 4-5 cloves



Method of preparation -
1.Mash boiled potatoes and grate paneer.


2,Grind green chikpeas, ginger, garlic and green chillies.


3.Mix this paste with mashed potatoes and grated paneer.


4.Add salt, pepper powder and cornflour.
5.Mix well and make flat kabab shape.


6.Heat a non stick pan and fry kabab with little oil.
7,Fry kabab from both sides till they become golden in color.



8.Green chikpeas kabab are ready.
9.Serve hot with sauce or  chutney.
