Welcome on my blog "Khaana KhaanaTasty".Today's recipe is Jal Jeera Water. It is very refreshing drink in summers. It can be made with golgappa recipe. Generally people take it in summer noon . It's preparation is very easy and simple. It is made with very common ingredients which are easily available in every kitchen. So let us start the recipe.
Course - starter

Preparation time - 5 min
Ingredients -
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Hing - 1 pinch
Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
Boondi - 2 tablespoon
Coriander leaves - 25 gm
Mint leaves - 25 gm
Ginger - small piece
Lemon - 1
Green chilli - 1
Water - 1 litre
Method of preparation -
1.Wash mint and coriander leaves.
2.Take a jar of mixture and grind coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger and green chilli.
3.Take 1 litre water in a container and add all spices, green paste and lemon juice.
4.mix well and add lemon juice.
5.Strain through a strainer and mix boondi in it.
6.add ice cubes when it is serve.
7.Serve chiiled for better taste.
